For Storage units the scope is checking the unit, listing what goes in, keeping the agreement on file; anything else is agreed in writing.
What is being stored?
For Pallet storage the scope is racking pallets, recording movements, keeping aisles clear; anything else is agreed in writing.
How much space do you need?
Bulk and seasonal includes agreeing the term, planning the floor space, scheduling access. The listed scope excludes goods that need customs or bonded handling.
